We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all our shipping needs. Once an order is placed, please allow 2 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times via Royal Mail Tracked 48 may vary depending on your location. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times.

Return Policy for Customised Items:

We take pride in providing customised items tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items:

In the rare event that you receive a faulty customised item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require clear photographic evidence of the fault. Upon review and confirmation of the fault, we will happily offer an exchange or refund for the faulty item. Please note that any reported faults after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Only faulty customised items are eligible for returns.

  • All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
